Art, Art Everywhere.

You know what I like? Art. My spouse and I have it everywhere around the house. Covering walls, decorating shelves, tables, desks, and nightstands, hanging off of lamps—everywhere. It's all been packed up for a few months due to selling the house and moving to another state. I knew I missed it, but I didn't realize how much until we started unpacking it and putting it back up. Every piece on display is something my spouse and/or I chose with intent, and each piece holds meaning. I've found that it makes a house feel like home, and a side effect of having an art explosion is that it's easier for me to write. It's inspiring. If you ever need a little inspiration, find a piece of art that speaks to you, and put it in your creative space. It really does make a difference.
What's New?
- In case you missed it, here's another two-sentence horror titled: Anniversary Present.
- Next Week: A creature from the Caribbean that's made an appearance in books and film, but not one you'd ever want to encounter in real life.
