Three Weeks and a Short Break.
Selling a house takes time, energy, and hard work. My spouse and I have been at it for three weeks straight. It's like having another full-time and part-time job on top of regular work. We put our place on the market and went under contract three days later. All that work paid off. Now it's just getting through all that stuff like an inspection, appraisal, and a bunch of paperwork—then we'll be moving to the desert. Ah-mazing. I can't wait. Moving will also be a lot of work and getting settled into a new place, but I'm really looking forward to being in a new area to explore.
What's New?
- Mostly the physical labor of prepping my house to sell. Editing the novel takes large uninterrupted chunks of time, so I'll start that back up after I get moved. But, I'm still finding time to write newsletters and some two-sentence horror.
- In case you missed it, more fun with two-sentence horror: Date Night.
- Next Week: Let's go back to a time before creepypasta and nosleep for a horrific underground mystery.
